MassExcellence offers cutting edge programs to assist leadership in using the Baldrige Criteria model in their pursuit of excellence. Our faculty include nationally recognized Baldrige experts, professional practitioners and facilitators, and leading performance excellence consultants.

Examiner Training

Our Examiner Training and award cycle takes place between December and May. New and returning Examiners attend the appropriate workshops on the Baldrige Criteria in December, with team leaders and mentors having a half-day workshop, and all Examiners return for a three day consensus meeting next February.
