Organizational Membership—sustainability and competitive advantage are key reasons to join. Learn to transform the good that you do into the great. Growth benefits you, your people, and the economy. Everybody wins! We use a demonstrated, proven, effective systems approach to build performance excellence. Consider joining us in your journey.
What we offer you
All Members receive discounts and/or no-charge seats to our public workshops and reduced award application fees. We also conduct in–house Baldrige–related workshops and trainings for you at very reasonable pricing. Collaboration between our Members is also promoted. We are also connected to some of the best organizations in Massachusetts, who also provide great networking opportunities.
A key benefit to you is our impressive level of Baldrige–experienced people which is unmatched anywhere else in New England. These experts are our faculty for our Baldrige–based workshops. Who better to learn Baldrige–based methods from?
One example—We held an in-house Baldrige–based workshop for a Member company. Their CEO asked us to introduce the entire management team to the benefits of using the Baldrige framework model as the best way to guide their business. The workshop was designed for participation to build natural support and buy–in. Every manager left his workshop with the same new learnings. The power in unity and representation accelerated organization–wide deployment of performance improvement, which of course, corresponds to a quickening pace of positive impact to their bottom line.
It’s obvious the payback of this one workshop well–exceeded their cost of membership. Your company can benefit from this experience. We accept memberships from any Massachusetts organizations, or from out–of–state organizations doing business with you. Tell your customers and vendors to join you in this journey. Everyone wins!
2008 brings new benefits. We are adding workshops such as Strategy Planning Education and coaching, as well as Leadership Development. In reality, we are expanding our offerings to “All Things Baldrige” and even providing consulting assistance at reduced rates using the Baldrige categories of Leadership, Strategic Planning, Customer and Market Focus, Information and Knowledge Management, Workforce Focus, and Process Management, We're not only doing the good stuff, we're doing the right stuff. We make it happen. Join us.
