2009 Baldrige Regional Conference - Cambridge
To be held Friday, October 2 at the Hyatt Regency Cambridge on Memorial Drive in Cambridge, MA, with a pre-workshop for Baldrige beginners to be offered on October 1.
Welcome to MassExcellence, Massachusetts’ only statewide Baldrige–based assessment and award program modeled after the Department of Commerce, National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) prestigious Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Program.
Since 1992, our primary purpose is to partner with organizational leaders committed and focused on long–term sustainability and in improving overall organizational performance using the proven, world-class Baldrige Criteria framework. Through our offerings, we provide expertise to any size private or public company, manufacturer, government agency or educational institution, healthcare group or institution, services, or not-for-profit organizations.
MassExcellence is a highly recognized leader in this area because of our working volunteers who are time–tested past & present national Baldrige Senior/Alumni Examiners, Baldrige Judges, consultants, applicants, and practitioners. We are honored to have these best Baldrige minds in the country associated with us, an advantage not found in any other New England state program.
We are a member–driven association, and as such, become your key partners in guiding and learning the significance of the Baldrige Core Values and Criteria as key to your attaining and maintaining competitive advantage and systemic business success. Our member organizations demonstrate a role model example through their commitment to employees and community, sharing and implementing best practices, and enhancing their organizational systems using the Baldrige Criteria framework in building sustainability.
