| Complete a prescribed overview (Organizational Profile) | Complete your Organizational Profile and the 7 Categories of the Baldrige Criteria—Leadership, Strategic Planning, Customer/Market Focus, Information, Measurement, Analysis, and Knowledge Management, Workforce Focus, Process Management, and Results | ||
| Schedule leadership to attend a mandatory one–day workshop | All applications in this range are automatically eligible for the Commonwealth Leadership Award. Our Baldrige–experienced third–party Panel of Judges determines the appropriate award level based on the scores and feedback from the Examiner teams | ||
