Course Description
Core to any manufacturing firm is the existence of products to manufacture and services provided in support of those products. This 4-hour module addresses key elements to getting products and services to market from initial concept through planning and delivering. It provides an overall framework for market analysis, planning, product designing, process designing, and delivering product. It focuses on the benefits of a systematic approach to development and delivery and walks through the various phases of this process.
