Application Writing Workshop

MassExcellence is offering an Application Writing Workshop to give you valuable insights into how to write an effective application for the Massachusetts Performance Excellence Award.

You Will Learn:

• Criteria Categories and Core Values
• Key Components of an Organizational Overview
• Key Requirements of the Criteria
• Content Requirements
• Format Requirements
• Tips on How to Organize to Write the Application
• Overall Examination Process and Schedule

We recommend that a company send a small cross functional team which might be later given the principle responsibility for coordinating the writing of the application.

Date: April 2008 (Tentative)

Time: 9 AM to 4 PM

Cost: $45 for members, $85 for non members.

Includes continental breakfast, lunch, and snack; and course materials.

Faculty: Experienced National Baldrige Examiners and Representatives of previous Massachusetts Award Recipients.
