MassExcellence Mission
MassExcellence is a member-based and member-driven association providing Massachusetts organizations, leaders and managers a proven framework and methods that enable them to achieve measurable improvements in performance. MassExcellence engages in:
- Baldrige-based performance assessment and improvement planning
- Performance excellence training
- Networking and sharing best practices
- Recognizing superior organizations through the prestigious Massachusetts Performance Excellence Award programs.
Services
MassExcellence provides self-assessment services, runs workshops, sponsors seminars and networking opportunities, and administers the Massachusetts Performance Excellence Award, one of the nation's oldest Malcolm Baldrige based state level awards.
