Welcome to MassExcellence

Welcome to MassExcellence, Massachusetts’ only statewide Baldrige–based education, state examiner, assessment and award program modeled after the Department of Commerce, National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) prestigious Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Program. Since 1991, our primary purpose is to partner with senior leaders committed and focused on long–term sustainability and in improving overall organizational performance using the proven, world-class framework of the Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence.
